Stephen James Enfield Testimonial

As we have said previously on this blog, we like to hear back from our customers. All feedback is good as it helps Stephen James to improve but when a customer agrees to do a video testimonial it really is quite special.

It Pleases Us to Get It Right

We will of course occasionally get it wrong and when we do we will try our best to resolve it and restore your faith in us.

But when we get it right its great to hear and I felt compelled to share these 2 instances of positive feedback about one of our sales team in Enfield.

1 of our 5 Core Values is;

Here is a moment where we achieved the values at a level we aspire to. This e mail was sent to me recently......

' Dear Ben,

I am writing to let you know about the excellent service I received from one of you salesmen at Enfield, Vince Sorce. Often people only write if they have a complaint but it is rare that someone is congratulated for their great service.

Vince from start to finish gave exemplary customer service. Nothing was ever too much for him and always went out of his way to help us out. Often car salesmen have a bad reputation with the general public but Vince certainly was not an example of this. My parents bought a brand new 5 series from him and I bought an approved used 3 series from him.

Such was his good service that we would not hesitate to recommend your branch to anyone and will definitely come back for servicing and when it comes to renewing our cars.

Please pass on our thanks to him.'

The same Sales Executive received more praise just weeks later....

'Dear Ben,

I just wanted to express my thanks yet again for the excellent service we have received from Vince Sorce. Since I last emailed you, we have bought another 2 cars (a new X1 and an ex-demo 1-series) from Vince and his service has been impeccable. The way he helped us out so much when we first visited your branch encouraged us to come back to him.

We have now bought 4 cars from him and would highly recommend him to friends and family. We also look forward to dealing with you in the years to come.'

Dispelling the myth about 08432 telephone numbers....

We have recently received some welcome feedback from customers expressing a concern about the cost of the 08432 telephone numbers provided on www.stephenjames.co.uk. These numbers are used as they help us monitor marketing activity and are charged at local rate only. Of course, if you are still concerned about the cost of the call, just ask the dealer where you are enquiring for the direct number which they will be happy to provide.

So whether your BMW or MINI needs a service or whether a car on the forecourt caught your eye as you passed it this morning; simply click into the contact section of the website (top right – next to this blog) where there are 08432 numbers for all the BMW and MINI dealers in the Stephen James Group. Remember, these 08432 numbers are only charged at local rate so don’t delay that important call!
