M3 Convertible

Following the successful launch of the M3 Coupe and M3 Saloon, the new BMW M3 Convertible (E93M) will complete the fourth-generation M3 family on 26 April. Featuring the same high-performance 4.0-litre V8 engine as its Coupe and Saloon counterparts, and the class-leading Retractable Hard-Top from the 3 Series Convertible, this open-top thoroughbred combines M3 driving dynamics with uncompromised open-air driving pleasure.

Launched alongside the M3 Convertible is the new seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission (M DCT) with DRIVELOGIC, which will be available as an option for all three M3 models from June. This revolutionary technology provides the BMW M3 with a decisive advantage over its competitors: uninterrupted power delivery when changing gear, resulting in faster acceleration and improved fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.

M3 Convertible features the same 420 hp 4.0-litre V8 naturally aspirated high-revving engine as its M3 Coupe and Saloon counterparts.

Power to-weight ratio increases by over 10% compared to the E46 M3 Convertible, despite the E46 being fitted with a soft-top.

The Retractable Hard-Top adds substantially improved refinement and all-season usability with an authentic open-air motorsport experience.

M DCT, providing uninterrupted power and seamless changes through seven optimised gear ratios, is available as an option for all three M3 models from June.

Comprehensive standard equipment includes BMW Professional Navigation and leather upholstery with SunReflective Technology.

Variable M differential increases traction and stability during dynamic driving.
