When you have successfully completed your six months' service, you will automatically be enrolled into the Company's Group Life Insurance. This means that should you die whilst you are employed by the Company, a lump sum of two times your basic salary will be payable to whomever is the recipient listed on your 'Expression of Wishes Form'.
Stephen James will pay eligible employees the first week of Paternity Leave and Maternity Leave at full basic pay, inclusive of statutory payments. This is a discretionary benefit and any further weeks of Paternity and Maternity Leave will be paid at the statutory rates.
All employees who meet the eligibility criteria will automatically be enrolled into our workplace pension scheme three months after joining Stephen James. For employees who can cycle to work, you may be entitled to apply for the Cycle to Work Scheme which means that payment for your chosen bike is made by way of deductions from your gross pay over a 12 month period.
